About the Project

All India Opthalmological Conference. The challenge with any conference welcome film is that it often feels like just that—a formal introduction, a routine glimpse into the host city. But how do you make a city like Kolkata—overflowing with history, culture, and spirit—truly come alive? How do you make someone experience a place rather than just see it? For the All India Ophthalmological Conference (AIOC), we needed to redefine the way Kolkata was presented—not as a mere backdrop, but as a living, breathing entity that changes depending on the eyes that witness it. Our answer? A music video, where Kolkata is seen through a new lens—both figuratively and literally. With evocative cinematography and an original music track, we wove a narrative that let viewers feel the city’s pulse—it's winding alleys, bustling ghats, timeless yellow taxis, and quiet, poetic moments. Each frame reflected the way vision shapes experience, mirroring the very essence of ophthalmology. This was more than a welcome—it was an invitation to rediscover Kolkata, to see the familiar in an unfamiliar, mesmerizing way. A vision of the city, reimagined. AIOC, seen like never before.
